REAR LOWER ARM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Remove the wheel and tire assembly. (See WHEEL AND TIRE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2. Separate the lower ball joint from the knuckle.

(1) Remove the lower ball joint nut.

Note

• It may be necessary to hold the ball joint stud to keep it from turning while removing the nut.

3. Remove the lower arm.

(1) Remove the lower arm inner bolt.

(2) Remove the lower arm.

4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
