INSPECT POWER WINDOW OPEN OPERATION
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
While operating the power window main switch, measure the voltage at the power window regulator terminal A and B.
Is the voltage more than 10 V?
Yes
Replace the driver's side power window regulator. (See FRONT WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
No
Go to the next step.

INSPECT RELATED WIRING HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Disconnect the power window regulator connector.
Measure the resistance between power window main switch and power window regulator as follows:
RHD
• Terminals H - B
• Terminals E - A
LHD
• Terminals H - B
• Terminals C - A
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Repair the related wiring harness.

INSPECT RELATED WIRING HARNESS FOR SHORT TO GROUND
Measure the resistance between power window regulator terminal A and ground, and between power window regulator terminal B and ground.
Is the resistance more than 10,000 ohms?
Yes
Repair the power window main switch. (See POWER WINDOW SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
