INSPECT IGNITION SWITCH
Inspect the ignition switch.
Is the ignition switch normal?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Replace the ignition switch. (See IGNITION SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Inspect the system for normal operation.

INSPECT ACC RELAY VOLTAGE
Turn the ignition switch off.
Remove the ACC relay.
Turn the ignition switch to the ACC position.
Measure the voltage at ACC relay terminal E (CJB-side).
Is the voltage 10 V or more?
Yes
Go to the next step.
No
Go to Step 4.

INSPECT ACC RELAY GROUND
Measure the resistance between ACC relay terminal A (CJB-side) and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
Replace the ACC relay.
Inspect the system for normal operation.
No
Replace the central junction box (CJB).
Inspect the system for normal operation.

INSPECT CENTRAL JUNCTION BOX FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
Turn the ignition switch off.
Disconnect the CJB connector.
Turn the ignition switch to the ACC position.
Measure the voltage at the following CJB terminals (harness-side).
• J-03 A
• J-06 L
Is the voltage 10 V or more?
Yes
Replace the central junction box (CJB).
Inspect the system for normal operation.
No
Repair or replace the wiring harness.
Inspect the system for normal operation.
