REAR SEAT BACK DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Disassembly/Assembly

Note

• The figure shows the LH rear seat back (60%). The procedure for the RH rear seat back (40%) is the same.

1. Remove the rear seat back. (See REAR SEAT BACK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

2. Remove the rear seat headrest(s).

3. Remove the recliner cover.

4. Detach the seat back trim clips.

5. Remove the rear seat recliner knuckle.

(1) Remove the bolt.

(2) Remove the nut.

(3) Remove the recliner knuckle.

6. Unzip the rear seat back trim.

7. Remove the headrest guide posts.

8. Remove the seat back trim.

9. Remove the seat back frame from the seat cushion frame.

10. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
