GF80.50-P-2004GH Tripping Of Anti-Theft Alarm (ATA), Function
- with CODE (551a) Anti-theft alarm system (ATA)

The anti-theft alarm (ATA) can be triggered by
- Actuation of an exterior surface contact on vehicles with anti-towing sensor (AS) and interior protection system also by :
- Interior protection system
- Anti-towing sensor (AS).

This assumes that the inputs in question are armed by activation of the ATA.

The armed inputs are checked by the all-activity module (AAM) (N10). If the same input is not in the non-actuated state during two checks in sequence, the AAM triggers the acoustic as well as visual alarm.

An alarm can be triggered from one input a maximum of three times in sequence.

Moreover the alarm can be triggered with the panic switch on the remote control key.

The operating sequence for the acoustic panic alarm differs from that of the ATA alarm.
