Insufficient Cooling Capacity

COMPLAINT:
Insufficient cooling capacity, when maximum cooling capacity is required.






Cause/Remedy:
a) Expansion valve (57) binding, contaminated or defective.

Replace expansion valve. or with expansion valve contaminated, also renew receiver dehydrator.

b) ETR-switch (29) defective.
Test ETR-switch (29) and replace, if required.
c) Not enough coolant in system. Check system for leaks. Correct coolant level.
d) Electromagnetic clutch of refrigerant compressor defective.
Check electromagnetic clutch and renew, if required.
