Delayed Engagement On Engine Start, All Gears

CAUSE/REMEDY:
Torque convertor partially drains via a leaking or defective pressure ring on transmission input shaft, or via a leaking lubricating pressure valve in shift valve housing.

1. Check lubricating pressure valve (64) in lower cover of valve body section and clean if necessary (for illustration see Location of Components). Location of Components
2. Check teflon seal ring on transmission input shaft.
