General complaints (starting off in 1st gear)

Cause/remedy:

There is no remedy for the following customer complaints!

1. Vehicle rolls back on a hill.

2. Harsh roll-out shift 2-1, shortly before the vehicle stops.

3. Release jerk when taking out of drive position "D".

4. Harsh 1-2 shift after a cold start.
