The procedure described in the following is currently only valid for the markets in Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Greece, Belgium, France, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Great Britain.

The return delivery of the data storage device, located in the device, can only be ensured when replacing the device in the case of warranty/goodwill if the return delivery form which is filled in completely and legibly is attached to the device which is the subject of complaint and the device is sent back immediately after removal.

Opening or damaging the device when attempting to remove the CDs/DVDs or cassettes leads to the rejection of the warranty and goodwill claim.
