FLUKE DIGITAL MULTIMETER OPERATION SAFETY NOTICE

Attached is an important operation safety notice from the Fluke Corporation regarding a possible malfunction in certain Fluke digital multimeter (DMM) models. The affected Fluke DMM models may indicate a false voltage reading of zero, or near zero, after being dropped or receiving a similar impact. A voltage reading lower than the actual voltage can result in a potential hazard to the DMM operator by voltage going unrecognized as present. Please read the notice and follow the instructions prescribed by the Fluke Corporation if applicable. The Fluke Corp. strongly recommends you return any affected Fluke DMM models to the Fluke Corp. Service Center for possible switch replacement, even if you have not experienced the above described condition.

Warning!
Failure to comply with the Fluke Corporation operation safety notice concerning the affected model numbers, can potentially result in severe injury or death to the DMM operator.
