No kickdown Downshifts

CAUSE/REMEDY:
1. Check control pressure cable and adjust if necessary (the travel of the control pressure cable from closed to wide open throttle must measure at least 25 mm).
2. Check engine throttle control (with engine off, give full throttle and check in the engine compartment that the throttle valve rests at the full throttle stop; correct if necessary).
3. Remove kickdown solenoid valve when removed, connect terminal to 12 volts, connect solenoid housing to ground. Check function; replace if necessary.
4. Check freedom of movement of kickdown regulating valve (40) in valve body (for illustration see location of components). Location of Components
