MODIFICATION OF SPECIAL TOOL 201 589 00 21 00

Special tool 201 589 00 21 00, which is used to measure vehicle level at the front axle and ball point position, must be modified for use on new model 202.

Procedure





To modify the tool, first disassemble by removing the roll/groove pin (01e, Figure 1). Elongate the slot (arrow) by 5 mm as shown. Before reinstalling the roll/groove pin (01e), observe installation position of sleeve (01d). The shorter end of the sleeve faces the measuring scale.
