Applying Glue

1 After expiration of the heat-up time remove glue cartridge from cartridge heater, remove bottom of cartridge and puncture diaphragm. Screw on application nozzle and insert cartridge into cartridge gun.


NOTE: Heat-up time at least 20 minutes.


2 Guide nozzle along adhesive surface or glue residue on body flange while pressing a uniform quantity of glue out of the glue cartridge.


NOTE: Height of glue bead approx. 13 mm.


NOTE: Install windshield within 5 minutes before adhesive force of glue begins to decrease.
