Connect testing unit on Model 140, 210

1 Install test hose (038e) and bleed screws (038n) on distributor (038r) of the testing unit (038).





2 Unscrew oil drain screw on level controller (3).
3 Use test hose (038e) to connect testing unit (038) to fitting (S2) on suspension-control unit (3).

Connect test equipment, model 202, 203.2, 208

1 Assemble test hose (038g) and bleed screw (038n) on distributor (038r) of test equipment (038).
2 Unscrew oil drain screw on level controller (3).
3 Use test hose (038g) to connect testing unit (038) to fitting (A) on suspension-control unit (3).





Disconnect test equipment, models 140, 202, 203.2, 208, 210

4 Attach discharge hose to the bleed screw (038n) on the testing unit (038).
5 Open bleed screw (038n) slowly and collect oil in a clean vessel.
The oil which has been collected can be reused.
6 Close bleed screw (038n) again.
7 Disconnect testing unit (038) with test hose.
8 Screw oil drain screw onto level controller (3), observe tightening torque.
