Complaint:

Grunting and/or ripping noise at seat-back lining.

Missing felt pads on replacement part backrest frame with part number

Cause:

If the felt is missing, the seat-back lining bracket collides against the backrest frame.

Remedy:

Apply felt as per gluing plan (see attachment).
