AR82.10-P-4730P Remove/Install Headlamp Unit
- removal of both lamp units

DANGER:
Lethal hazard from high voltage on xenon headlamps
- Do not touch parts which conduct high voltages. Persons with active electronic implants (e.g. heart pacemakers) should never work on xenon headlamps.

1 Open hood and raise to vertical position
2 Remove front bumper
3 Take out screws (1, 3, 4)
4 Detach electrical connections of headlamp unit(E1,E2)
5 Take out headlamp unit (E1, E2)

CAUTION: Pull out carefully to the front, avoid damaging.

NOTE: Installation: Align headlamp unit so that an even distance exists between fender and closed hood.

6 Detach vacuum line of positioning element
7 Install in the reverse order
8 Set electrical zero position of headlamp beam adjustment
9 Check and correct headlamp adjustment
10 Perform functional check of headlamp cleaning system
