GF80.61-P-2009T Unlocking, Function

GF80.61-P-2009T Unlocking, Function
- with CODE (889) Keyless Go

Component Identification:

Unlock
Requirements:
^ Circuit 30

Possible control elements for system activation:
^ Pulling at a door handle.
^ Pulling trunk lid handle

Function sequence using driver's door as example
1. Actuate left door handle switch (S17/19) by slightly pulling on driver's door handle (t >0.1 s).

The keyless go system is waked up.

2. A wake-up signal is transmitted to the remote control key (A8/1).
3. The locating signals are transmitted from the keyless go trunk antenna A2/35, the left rear keyless go door control module (N69/8), the right rear keyless go door control module (N69/9) and the passenger compartment keyless go control module (N103).

The remote control key (A8/1) determines its position in relation to the vehicle.

4. The position of the remote control key (A8/1) is transmitted via the right antenna amplifier module (A2/65) to the rear module keyless go control module (N102).
5. Checking rear module keyless go control module (N102) according to valid remote control key (A8/1).
6. Transmitting access authorization code to EIS control module (N73).
7. If the access authorization code is correct the signal "CL opening" is stored on the CAN class B bus.
8. Parallel to this the "Actuate opening assist" signal is transmitted to the left front door keyless go control module (N69/8) by the EIS control module (N73). The left front opening assist motor (M57) is actuated. (Opening assist is only actuated at control point)

The actuation of the central locking depends on the adjustment of the remote control key (A8/1).

Possible settings:
^ Global unlocking
^ Selective unlocking

Driver's door control point: selective unlocking. Other door control point: global unlocking.

Function sequence using trunk lid as example

Requirements:
^ Circuit 30
^ Trunk not locked mechanically (90° switch)

1. Pull trunk lid handle (actuation of exterior trunk lid actuation switch (S88/8)).

The signal is read in by the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) and is transmitted to the keyless go rear control module (N102) via the EIS control module (N73).

2 to 6. See "Function sequence using driver's door as example".

7. If the access authorization code is correct the signal "Remote trunk lid release" is stored on the CAN class B bus.

Only the trunk lid is unlocked, door and tank flap remain locked.
