GF77.20-P-3008T Panoramic Sliding Roof Position Measurement, Function
- with CODE (413) Panoramic sliding roof

Position measurement
The position counter in the overhead control panel control module (N70) counts the Hall pulses depending on the recognized direction of rotation of the panoramic sliding roof motor (M12/6m1).

Zero position
The zero position is defined with the position "Panoramic sliding roof closed", i.e. the position counter is at zero.

Direction recognition
The panoramic sliding roof Hall sensor 1 (M12/6b1) and panoramic sliding roof Hall sensor 2 (M12/6b2) are located on the shaft of the panoramic sliding roof motor (M12/6m1)
These respond to the movement of the magnet and each supply a square wave pulse for each revolution of the motor shaft.
The overhead control panel control module (N70) reads these Hall pulses.
The chronological offset between the pulses from the panoramic sliding roof Hall sensor 1 (M12/6b1) and pulses from the panoramic sliding roof Hall sensor 2 (M12/6b2) allows the overhead control panel control module (N70) to recognize the direction of rotation of the motor.
