AR82.30-P-6400P Remove/Install Wiper System

Illustrated On Model 203.0:

DANGER: Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism

- Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

1 Remove water collector. [1][2]Procedures
2 Remove cover at front SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/1)
3 Disconnect coupling (1)
4 Expose cable (2)
5 Unscrew bolt (3)

Screw For Wiper System On Dividing Wall - 8 N.m

6 Remove screws (4)

Screw For Wiper System On Body - 20 N.m

7 Remove wiper system
8 Remove bracket (5)

CAUTION: Installation: Ensure correct seating of bracket (5) to prevent damage by the wiper linkage.

9 Install in the reverse order
