TP4 Check TP and SIG Wires to PCM

- Key OFF.

- Disconnect the throttle position sensor connector.

- Install Rotunda Breakout Box 007-00033 or equivalent with Rotunda Breakout Box Adapter 007-00053 (leave the PCM disconnected).

- Measure the resistance of TP wire and SIGRTN wire between BOB Pins and the throttle position sensor connector.

- Measure the resistance between TP BOB Pin 47 and ground.

- Is the resistance less than 5 ohms between BOB Pins and the throttle position sensor connector, and greater than 10,000 ohms between the TP BOB Pin 47 and ground?

YES -- REPLACE the PCM.

NO -- SERVICE the wire(s) in question.
