To enter the instrument cluster self-diagnostic mode, with the engine off, press and hold the trip odometer reset button. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position and continue to hold the trip odometer reset button until the display indicates tESt usually within 3 to 5 seconds. Press the trip odometer reset button once to advance through each stage of the self-test.
To exit the instrument cluster self-diagnostic mode, turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
