The new design throttle position sensor (engineering part number E7SF-9B989-BA, service part number E7SZ-9B989-B) described in TSB 86-16-13 has been manufactured with a white paint stripe on the sensor connector below the part number for quick identification. The white stripe identification will affect parts with date codes of 6J15A (October 15, 1986, first shift) through 7F30A (June 30, 1987, first shift). Refer to Figure 6.
