Cruise Control Module: Service and Repair

The control module is mounted under the front of the floor console. The ashtray can be removed to gain access to the module for testing.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove front console side covers, then front console.
3. Remove control unit retaining screws, then disconnect electrical connector.
4. Remove control unit.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
