Distributor Cap: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Mark spark plug wires to ensure proper sequence during installation.
2. Remove high tension wires from distributor cap.
3. Remove the two attaching screws and distributor cap.
4. Remove rotor from distributor shaft.

INSTALLATION
1. Position and push rotor on shaft.
2. Place cap onto distributor taking care to align the locating tabs.
3. Install spark plug wires according to markings made during removal process.
