Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
2.
Drain radiator.
3.
Disconnect sensor electrical connector.
4.
Using a suitable wrench, remove sensor from intake manifold.
INSTALLATIONEngine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor:
1.
Install sensor.
2.
Plug in sensor electrical connector.
3.
Refill cooling system.
4.
Connect negative battery cable.
