Power Window Switch: Service and Repair

Removal











1. Using a flat blade screwdriver, pry switch housing up. Rotate housing up and out of armrest to remove.
2. Remove two connector retaining screws from bottom of switch housing.
3. The switch is held in place by the electrical contact pins. To remove the switch, carefully pry the switch from the connector with a small screwdriver.

Installation

1. To install, position switch to the connector and press firmly into place.

NOTE: The switch is keyed to connector and can only be installed one way.

2. Install connector to switch housing using two retaining screws.
3. Install switch housing to armrest.
