Late Production

DEACTIVATE
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Wait one minute for back-up power supply to deplete stored energy.
3. Remove four bolts retaining airbag module to steering wheel.
4. Disconnect airbag connector.
5. Connect Rotunda Airbag Simulator 105-00008 to vehicle harness at top of steering column.
6. Connect battery ground cable.

REACTIVATE
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Wait one minute for backup power supply to deplete stored energy.
3. Remove airbag simulator from vehicle harness at top of steering column.
4. Connect airbag connector.
5. Position airbag on steering wheel and secure with four bolts. Tighten to specifications.
6. Connect battery ground cable.
7. Verify system operation.
