Engine running.

AC Pressure Switch
(ACPSW) disconnected.

Connect jumper wire between ACPSW circuit at the ACPSW vehicle harness connector and the battery negative post.

Does the high speed fan now come on? Yes -- Key "OFF". Service open GND circuit to ACPSW. Reconnect ACPSW. Re-evaluate symptom.
No -- Key "OFF". Go to X67.
