Key "ON", wait 5 seconds.

Listen for motor noise from
fuel pump (it may be necessary to listen by
fuel tank).

Is fuel pump off? Yes -- Go to X84.
X84 - Check FPM Circuit Continuity No -- Go to X83.
X83 - Check For Fuel Pump Relay Always Closed
