Overdrive Off

This light indicates that the Transaxle Control Switch (TCS) on the gearshift lever has been pushed. When the light is on, the transaxle will lock out OVERDRIVE, allowing operation in first through third gears only. Depressing the TCS again will re-enable OVERDRIVE. The transaxle will be in the O/D ON mode when the engine is started even if the O/D OFF mode was selected when the engine was last running.
