Indicators

The warning indicators included in EIC are divided into two groups:
1. System scanner warning indicators.
System scanner warning indicators are:
a. DOOR AJAR.
b. WASHER FLUID.
c. NORMAL.
d. HEADLAMP OUT.
e. REAR LAMP OUT.
f. CHECK OIL.
When a warning condition first occurs, the diagnostic message is displayed by the system scanner accompanied by a one-second tone. The message will remain on the display as long as it is active but no further tones are issued.

If more than one warning condition occurs, each message will be displayed simultaneously. When the message first appears, it will be accompanied by a one-second tone.
2. Warning indicators located at the the bottom of EIC.
The warning indicators located at the bottom of EIC include:
a. CHARGE SYSTEM.
b. Safety Belt.
c. Brakes.
d. High Beams.
e. Low Oil Pressure.
f. Left Turn Signal.
g. Right Turn Signal.
h. CHECK ENGINE (Malfunction Indicator Lamp - MIL).
i ANTI-LOCK.
j AIR BAG.
