DN111 - Check Vacuum Hose to and From EVR Solenoid

- Carefully check EGR vacuum hose from EGR valve to EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR) solenoid and from EVR solenoid to vacuum source for obstructions, cracks, loose connection, kinks, leaks, etc.

- Are vacuum hoses in good condition?

Yes -- Go to DN112. DN112 - Check EVR Solenoid and Harness For Intermittent Fault

No -- Service as necessary. Clear continuous memory. Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
