FE11 - Check Voltage of BLR Circuit, High Speed Position

- Key "OFF".

- Breakout box installed, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) disconnected.

- Push the climate control blower motor switch to high speed position 3 or 4.

- Turn all other accessories "OFF".

- Key "ON", engine "OFF".

- Measure the voltage between test pin 29 at the breakout box and chassis ground.

- Is voltage less than 1.5 volts?

Yes -- Replace the PCM. Remove breakout box. Verify elimination of idle speed concern.

No -- Go to FE12. FE12 - Check BLR Circuit For Short to Power
