TF13 - Check TSS Circuit Continuity

- Key "OFF".

- Transmission 12 pin connector disconnected.

- Install breakout box or 4EAT tester. Leave Powertrain Control Module (PCM) disconnected.

- Measure resistance between test pin 24 and TSS(+) circuit at transmission 12 pin vehicle harness connector.

- Measure resistance between test pin 44 and TSS(-) circuit at transmission 12 pin vehicle harness connector.

- Are both resistances less than 5.0 ohms?

Yes -- Go to TP14. TF14 - Check PCM For Internal Shorts

No -- Service open circuit. Remove breakout box. Reconnect all components. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
