PINPOINT TEST D: DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES 522: MLP NOT INDICATING PARK DURING KOEO, 634: MLP VOLTAGE HIGHER/LOWER THAN EXPECTED, 659: HIGH SPEED INDICATED IN PARK

This Pinpoint Test is designed to diagnose the Manual Lever Position (MLP) Sensor electrical system ONLY.
To prevent replacement of good components, note that the following areas may be at fault:
- Engine - Starter, starter relay
- Electrical - Battery, ignition switch, wiring harnesses
- Transmission - Internal transmission components, linkages

This Pinpoint Test is designed to diagnose the following components:
- Transmission Wiring Harness, MLP Signal Return
- Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
