Charge Lamp Stays ON With Ign OFF

1. Turn ignition switch to OFF position.
2. Disconnect regulator connector.
3. Measure voltage at wiring harness "I" terminal.
4. If voltage is more than zero, service lamp circuit.
5. If voltage is zero, service instrument cluster.
