Pressure Feedback Exhaust Sensor: Service and Repair






REMOVAL
1. Disconnect fuel charging wiring from pressure feedback exhaust sensor.
2. Disconnect hoses from pressure feedback exhaust sensor.
3. Remove retaining nuts and pressure feedback exhaust sensor from mounting bracket.
4. It necessary, remove the EGR electronic vacuum regulator solenoid and the mounting bracket from the upper intake manifold.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. If removed, tighten retaining nuts for the mounting bracket. Tighten pressure feedback exhaust sensor retaining nuts to 5-7 Nm (45-61 lb in).
