Intake Manifold
UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD Tighten in sequence shown in three steps:
Step 1:
10 Nm (7.5 ft. lbs.) Step 2:
20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.) Step 3:
32 Nm (23 ft. lbs.) LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD Step 1:
5 Nm (45 inch lbs.) Step 2:
8-12 Nm (71-106 inch lbs.) THROTTLE BODY Install throttle body with new throttle body gasket on the four studs of the upper intake manifold. Tighten retaining nuts to
20-30 Nm (15-22 lb ft).
