Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the Autolamp System to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following electrical concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
- Circuitry open/shorted.
- Open bulb.
- Damaged light sensor amplifier.
- Damaged headlamp time delay switch.
- Damaged automatic headlamp dimmer relay.
- Open power distribution box:
- Fuse 7 (60A)
- Open fuse CIGAR LTR (20A):
- CLUSTER (5A) Fuse
- PARKLPS (10A) Fuse
- Damaged headlamp switch.

3. If the inspection reveals obvious concern(s) that can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the symptom(s) and go to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Chart(s)
