Instrument Cluster and Panel Lighting

1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the instrument illumination system to duplicate the condition.
2. Inspect to determine if one of the following electrical concerns apply:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
- Open fuse junction panel: PANEL LPS Fuse (5A)
- Circuitry open/shorted.
- Damaged headlamp switch.
- Damaged printed circuit.
- Damaged bulb(s).

3. If the inspection reveals obvious concern(s) that can be readily identified, service as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, determine the condition(s) and go to the Symptom Chart. [1][2]Instrument Cluster and Panel Illumination
