Toothed Ring

WARNING: REAR BRAKE ANTI-LOCK SENSOR INDICATOR MUST NOT BE REUSED. DISCARD RING AFTER REMOVAL AND REPLACE WITH A NEW PART.





DISASSEMBLY
1. Position 2-Jaw Puller D80L-1002-L or equivalent on inboard CV joint stub shaft pilot bearing housing with puller jaws under rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator.
2. Turn wrench clockwise until rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator is removed.





ASSEMBLY
1. Place Sensing Ring Replacer T89P-20202-A on press bed with pilot up. Place rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator on installation tool.





2. Insert inboard CV joint stub shaft pilot bearing housing through rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator and allow it to rest on rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator.





3. Allow press ram to bottom out in inboard CV joint stub shaft pilot bearing housing and press until rear brake anti-lock sensor indicator contacts CV joint step.
