With Sanden Compressor

REMOVAL
1. Remove A/C clutch and A/C clutch pulley.
2. Remove field coil wire from brace on A/C compressor.







3. Remove snap ring retaining A/C clutch field coil to A/C compressor.







4. Remove A/C clutch field coil from A/C compressor.

INSTALLATION
1. Position A/C clutch field coil to A/C compressor, engaging locator pin on compressor head with the hole in the A/C clutch field coil mounting plate.
2. Install snap ring retaining A/C clutch field coil on the A/C compressor with bevel side of snap ring out.
3. Install field coil wire into retaining brace.
4. Install A/C clutch pulley and A/C clutch onto A/C compressor.
5. Check and adjust A/C clutch air gap.
