Plenum Chamber


REMOVAL
1. Remove instrument panel, please refer to Body and Frame/Interior Trim/Dash Board/Service and Repair/ Service and Repair






2. Disconnect RH A/C side window demister and hose and LH A/C side window demister and hose from A/C plenum demister adapter on heater air plenum chamber.






3. Remove three screws retaining windshield defroster hose nozzle to instrument panel and one screw retaining windshield defroster hose nozzle to heater air plenum chamber. Remove windshield defroster hose nozzle from instrument panel.
4. Disconnect vacuum hose at vacuum control motor located just above windshield defroster door on heater air plenum chamber.
5. Remove two screws retaining heater air plenum chamber to instrument panel.






6. Remove heater air plenum chamber from instrument panel.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
