Headlamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Remove the headlamp assembly.
1 Remove the bolt.
2 Remove the retaining rods.
3 Remove the headlamp assembly.







2. Disconnect the headlamp assembly wiring harness.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:
^ When installing, make sure the headlamp assembly is positioned correctly so that it aligns with the boss and the holes of the reinforcement.
^ Make sure the headlamp wiring harness does not get caught between the headlamp and grille opening reinforcement. If it does, position the harness free of all mounting points.
