Disassembly and Assembly

PLENUM CHAMBER

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the plenum chamber. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Housing Assembly HVAC, Service and Repair, Removal and Installation, Plenum Chamber, Plenum Chamber






2. Remove the screws and the plenum demister adapter.







3. Remove the panel/floor door vacuum control motor.
1 Disconnect the vacuum hose.
2 Remove the screws.
3 Rotate and remove the panel/floor door vacuum control motor.







4. Cut the snap-loops around the housing flange of the plenum chamber.
5. Remove the three screws. Separate the plenum chamber.







6. While depressing the tab, remove the panel/floor door and lever.

DISASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
