Normal Operation
The LPSDM communicates information requested by a diagnostic tool over the international standards organization (ISO) network. The ISO network provides communication between the data link connector (DLC) and the diagnostic tool through a single wire, circuit 70 (LB/WH). The ISO network does not permit inter-module communication. The diagnostic tool initiates communication with the module undergoing testing, allowing transmission of diagnostic data to the diagnostic tool through the DLC.

- circuit 1040 (RD/BK) open
- circuit 1052 (TN/BK) open
- circuit 1205 (BK) open
- SJB fuse 11 (5A)
- BEC fuse(s):
- 16 (30A)
- 58 (30A)
