Normal Operation
If the vehicle speed is less than 5 km/h (3 mph), the SJB will ground the vehicle speed circuit 1431 (PK/BK) to the PSD modules. The SJB vehicle speed input is required for power open operation. The SJB receives the vehicle speed information from the PCM. The power sliding door can be closed regardless of the vehicle speed status. If the PSD module detects that circuit 1431 (PK/BK) is not grounded during a PSD self-test, DTC B2605 sets.
