PINPOINT TEST X: THE POWER SLIDING DOOR OPERATES FROM THE B-PILLAR SWITCH OR MANUAL ACTIVATION (POWER ASSIST) WITH THE OVERHEAD CONSOLE SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION

Test X1-X3:

Normal Operation
The overhead console on/off switch enables or disables the B-pillar switch activation and power assist activation of the power sliding door. Turning OFF the overhead console PSD on/off switch will remove the ground signal from circuit 1236 (VT/WH) which will disable the B-pillar switch and the power assist activation. Both functions are enabled when the PSD module detects ground on the on/off switch circuit 1236 (VT/WH).

- circuit 1236 (VT/WH) open
- overhead console switch assembly
- PSD module
