PINPOINT TEST AA: THE SPEED CONTROL INDICATOR IS NEVER/ALWAYS ON

Test AA1-AA3:

Normal Operation
The instrument cluster receives the speed control status from the PCM over the SCP communication network circuits 914 (TN/OG) and 915 (PK/LB). When the speed control is engaged, the PCM provides the instrument cluster with the speed control engaged status message and the instrument cluster illuminates the speed control indicator.
