Removal and Installation

1. NOTE: Place the temperature selector switch in the full cold position before disengaging the temperature blend door actuator.

Remove the instrument panel center finish panel.

2. Remove the temperature selector gear knob.
3. Remove the temperature selector gear screw.







4. Press the tab and rotate the temperature selector gear counterclockwise.
- Remove the temperature selector gear.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Place the temperature selector switch in the full cold position before installation.
